We want you to love your VeroMarka purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective
How to Return

2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package your items securely and include the return authorization number
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
