How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery for in-stock items is 5–9 business days in total, including processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Veromarka ships to more than 39 countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout, and the full current list appears on our Shipping & Returns page.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders for a limited time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued as Veromarka store credit. If you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged, we will arrange and reship a replacement free of charge and handle the process for you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@veromarka.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping. If the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, Veromarka will cover the replacement shipping, arrange a free replacement and provide any return instructions required.

How should I care for my item?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. Materials and finishes vary, so do not assume every item is machine washable.
