Shipping & Returns

Veromarka ships internationally and currently offers free standard shipping on all orders for a limited time.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days in total for in-stock items. This estimate already includes order processing and transit time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and occasional carrier, customs or severe-weather delays may occur.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

Pre-order items display their estimated dispatch information on the relevant product page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be shipped together according to the pre-order timeline unless we state otherwise.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Where we ship

Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout. Current destinations include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Address restrictions

We cannot currently deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Veromarka. We cannot declare an order as a gift or report a value lower than the purchase price.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please read our Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions and exclusions.
