Returns & Exchanges

 

  • What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

  • How do I return an item?

  • Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

  • How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our detailed Size Guide which includes measurements for all sizes. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

  • Do your dresses run true to size?

Our dresses are designed to fit true to size based on our size chart. Bodycon styles are meant to fit snugly, while flowing styles offer more room.

  • Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are possible within our 7 business days return window, subject to availability.

  • How should I care for my dress?

Most of our dresses are machine washable in cold water. We recommend hanging to dry for best results. Check individual product pages for specific care instructions.

  • Are your dresses wrinkle-resistant?

Many of our fabrics are naturally wrinkle-resistant. For best results, hang your dress immediately after washing or remove from the dryer promptly.
