How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery for in-stock items is 5–9 business days in total, including processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Veromarka ships to more than 39 countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout, and the full current list appears on our Shipping & Returns page.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders for a limited time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued as Veromarka store credit that never expires. If you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged or defective, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, or send a free replacement if you prefer. How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and your email or phone number, and follow the steps. We will email you the return instructions and address once your request is reviewed. Please do not send items back before your return is approved.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping. If the item is incorrect, damaged or defective, you do not pay for return shipping: we will refund you in full or send a free replacement and provide any return instructions required.

Can I return an order from the EU or UK?

Yes. If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return it for any reason, with a refund to your original payment method.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size guide displayed on the relevant product page, or see our Fit Guide. Check the measurements for that specific style before ordering. If you need help, contact our support team.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. Materials and finishes vary, so do not assume every item is machine washable.
