You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Enter your order number and your email or phone number on our returns portal to begin.

How it works

1. Enter your order number and your email or phone number, then select the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Submit your request. Only one return request can be submitted per order.
3. We will email you the return instructions and return address within 48 business hours. Please do not send items back before your return is approved.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued as Veromarka store credit that never expires.

Good to know

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for standard return shipping.
• If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us at contact@veromarka.com with photos. We will refund you in full to your original payment method, or send a free replacement.
• Orders shipped to the EU and UK have a 14-day cooling-off period, with refunds to the original payment method.
• Final sale and custom items are not eligible for return.
