We ship worldwide and currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders for a limited time.

1) Exceptions:

Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street number, building number, apartment number, and any other relevant delivery details. This helps avoid delays or failed delivery.

2) Customs Duties:

Shipments may be sent delivery duty unpaid. This means customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to customs charges, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.

Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

3) Receiving Time:

For in-stock products, your receiving time includes 1–3 business days processing time plus the shipping time listed below.

For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed below.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipping may be delayed depending on the pre-order timeline.

We get it, not everything works out perfectly. If it did, we would all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues. At Veromarka, we share the same value with our beloved customers. While, we are ZERO-tolerance to fraudulent orders.

The return address is in Sydney AU. Unfortunately, we currently do NOT cover shipping costs to return at the moment. Customers are responsible to arrange the returning themselves (working on offering more friendly return policies tho!).

Meanwhile, please be advised that shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.

*Important Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.

1) How to amend my order information?

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please email us at hello@veromarka.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please be noted that we can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the 12-hour window has passed or the order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make any further amendments.

To ensure the timely delivery of your items, please double-check all details at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing terms.

2) How to return an item?

  1. Send an email to: hello@veromarka.com
  2. In the email, tell us your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.
  3. Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.
  4. We'll be in touch with instructions for return after we receive your information within 48 business hours. Please be aware that refunds are provided in the form of a Veromarka e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. 

3) How to cancel my order?

It may be possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. Please email us at hello@veromarka.com to request a cancellation.

Please be noted that we charge 5% of the total order value for order cancellation processing fee. Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

4) How does return work?

Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date received to be processed.

We will make sure to send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received. Refunds are provided in the form of a Veromarka e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. 

5) Exchanges

At Veromarka, we understand that sometimes preferences may change, and size does not work out perfectly all the time. We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6) Final Sale & Custom Order

Please note, products marked as Final Sale or discounted are not eligible for return except if there is a serious reason for the return. Custom-made items are also non-refundable.

7) Do you offer returns & exchanges to wholesale orders?

I am afraid no. Wholesale orders are often offered at significantly discounted prices compared to retail. These discounts are provided with the understanding that the sale is final, helping to manage financial risks and maintain competitive pricing.

Hence, for wholesale, we highly suggest ordering a few at our original price to test the quality and your sizes.

8) Follow-up Communication Policy

If you have contacted us to request a change and our team has responded for further clarification or confirmation, please reply to us promptly.

If we do not receive your follow-up response within 48 hours, we will proceed by shipping your order according to the original order details to avoid any further delivery delays. Please ensure you monitor your inbox (and spam folder) to ensure timely communication.
